Refund & Cancellation Policy

Advisory & hourly sessions

Sessions may be rescheduled or cancelled free of charge with at least 24 hours' notice. Sessions cancelled with less notice are billable. Paid but unused sessions are refundable in full on request.

Project engagements

• You may cancel an engagement at any time with written notice — by replying to our email correspondence for your engagement, or via the contact form on our homepage.
• On cancellation, you pay only for work completed up to the notice date: completed milestones plus a pro-rata portion of any milestone in progress.
• Any remaining balance of prepaid fees (including deposits) beyond work completed is refunded within 14 days to the original payment method.
• Deposits are otherwise non-refundable once the work they cover has been performed.

Defective or non-conforming work

If a deliverable does not materially conform to the written proposal, notify us within 14 days of delivery. We will correct it at no charge. If we cannot correct it within a reasonable time, you are entitled to a refund of the fees paid for that deliverable.

Disputes

If you believe a charge was made in error, contact us via the contact form on our homepage before raising a dispute with your card issuer — we resolve billing issues within 5 business days.
